Can I return or exchange items?
Items may be returned for store credit, excluding shipping costs. Please reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
What items are elegible for a return?
Items enclosed in their original packaging, unworn, unused, and with tags, purchased from our website and with receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Items purchased on sale, gift cards, special orders and custom items are not elegible for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will take it from there. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Help, there is an issue with my order!
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
